Matt's 4th and Luke'2 2nd Birthday Bashes

My 2 boys' birthdays are about 2 weeks apart.

Luke (29 Mar 2009) ; Matthew (15 April 2007)

In that 2 weeks, we had 5 birthday celebrations for them!

Luke's Actual Day Celebration At Home

We had planned to bring Luke to the zoo on his actual day birthday but he had fever on that day. So we had a simple birthday celebration with him at home. But as you can see, Luke is happy and excited to celebrate his special day.

Combined Birthday Celebration #1 with Cousins (paternal)


On the weekend of Luke's birthday, we had my hubby's immediate family members over to celebrate the boys birthdays. The boys specially requested for a chocolate cake. =P They had a swell time with their cousins.

Matt's Actual Day Celebration in School

Matt's actual day birthday fell on a Friday (a school day), so we brought a cake and some goodie bags to his preschool (Kay Poh Road Baptist Kindergarten) to celebrate with him in class. I think it was fun for Matt and his classmates were thrilled too.

That night, we had our regular church bible study group meet at our home and they bought Matt a birthday cake. So we celebrated his birthday again at home. =)

Combined Birthday Celebration #2 with Cousins (maternal)

That weekend, we invited my immediate family members to our place for dinner and we celebrated the boys' birthdays again, of course! =P
